Home

Mark was released from the hospital this afternoon.

Although this is a small soundbite of good news, Mark is by no means out of the woods. A lot of long, hard days are ahead. We will try to keep you posted.

  1. I am so glad you are home, Mark. I am sure you are happier and more comfortable there. Please don't be such a macho man. Tell your mom or dad when you are feeling pain. There is no reason you have to be hurting.

  2. I just got on and I'm so happy for you guys-- a few weeks home is nothing small. I really hope that some time in your own beds and environs will be a welcome respite.

Let's keep in touch. I hate that most of our face-to-face time will likely be in the hospital, since that's so much closer to us than your home, but c'est la vie. And I was serious about photographs. I'm keeping an eye on the weather. Next Wednesday and Thursday might have a good chance of being clear.

    Prayers, prayers, and more prayers--

  3. Hi Mark, Back in your home Turf!!! Cool. Time for some Pasta, and Linguini (my favorite). My Security assignment today, Thursday is 7am to 7pm. It's not a bad gig. From 3 till 7 I get to sit down for a bit. Do you like race cars? Italian car maker Ferrari has some exciting new designs, coming out now. You could probably Google it to see them. I'm sure all of your friends are happy you are home!! I wish we could include a photo with these messages. I have some cool ones. Take care buddy, catch 'ya soon. Joe
